Thank you for choosing Wheelhouse Home Inspections.

Today’s market is filled with a wide variety of contemporary and historic homes. Buyers and sellers should seriously consider the home’s present condition and what type of care, or non-care the property has received over the years.  At Wheelhouse Home Inspections, we take the time to do a proper inspection every time. We never rush an inspection, and we like working with first time buyers.  Our inspection is not over just because you’ve received our report. We’re here for you, as long as it takes. We want you to be 100% satisfied and every one of your questions answered.

What Is A Certified Home Inspector?

All home inspectors are not created equally.

InterNACHI® inspectors are trained and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the world’s largest association of residential and commercial property inspectors. InterNACHI® provides its members with accredited training and education, free benefits, expert advice, and peer support—all to help them serve their homeowner-clients with the highest-quality inspections for their largest investments.
